Created booter-maven-plugin with goal build-dist.
This allows the user to dynamically create distributions with the content of the maven project.
Need to add deploy functionality.

Best accomplished by creating a maven plugin that will create and deploy a distribution.
The plugin can also be used for test/demos.
The plugin should make the contents of the distribution configurable:
but provide defaults.
The plugin should not depend on the version of the booter jar.
