Nanocontainer doesn't make use of Pico's new LifecycleStrategyForInstanceRegistrations

Added a new constructor for DefaultNanoPicoContainer to allow propagation for lifecycle strategy. Instead of a couple of new constructors, I copied one from pico and allowed ClassLoader to be null. I think we need to clean up the number of constructors in DefaultNanoPicoContainer, but that's another day I guess
