[NANO-90] testInstantiateWithBespokeComponentAdaptor() in NanoGroovyBuilderTeastCase failing

Description

For some reason the CAF is not being passed thru to the contaiiner that is instantiated on a container() node.

Not so much a groovy issue, though in that test case. Is a DPC hierachy issue.

Try uncommenting the test now. There is a NoClassDefFoundError thrown that is inexplicable
