Update docs

The actual point is the tutorial(s) on your project homepage. Such tutorials are great because they give a quick and effective impression of a project. Excactly what a newbie is looking for. But since that is such a big teaser it may also give the impression that the examples shown are all features offered by the project.

So what I want to say is that if you put just one or two hours to update the tutorial you will attract more people and get a multiple of that power back by a growing community. Just bring in the new features or add a list of links with more features to the end.

The tutorial and some of the docs gave me the impression that:

• -pico can only do construtor injection
• -pico configuration sucks
• -pico lifecycle management is limited to calling two methods (start+stop)
• -pico does not distinguis between specification (interface) and implementation of components
  (pico.registerComponentImplementation(Peeler.class))

We need to address this before the release, so the updated docs are included.
