            Description

            True IoC logging is virtually impossible with Commons Logging.

            Porting Spice LoggerStore to a picocontainer-logging module would provide Pico users with an alternative that allows truely configurable IoC.

            The Logger interface could also be made to extend C-L Log interface to provide API compatibility.
