Description
PicoBuilder has #withLifecycle and #withReflectionLifecycle, but no way of setting a custom lifecycle strategy like JavaEE5LifecycleStrategy.

I guess it should be symmetric to the other with* methods, for example withComponentFactory and withMonitor. Not exactly sure if it should be withLifecycle or withLifecycleStrategy, though.
PicoBuilder withLifecycle(Class<? extends LifecycleStrategy> lifecycleStrategyClass);
PicoBuilder withLifecycle(LifecycleStrategy lifecycleStrategy);
I'd like to use the first one.
new PicoBuilder().withLifecycle(JavaEE5LifecycleStrategy.class).build();
The withLifecycle should probably be more specific, e.g. withStartableLifecycle.
