Write docs about Lifecycle management. Bo makes an incorrect point here: http://freeroller.net/comments/rickard?anchor=why_ioc and it needs documentation. The Peelable etc example is excellent for illustration purposes.

I've started some work on this. I'm not sure if it is really about lifecycles though - perhaps we should have a separate doc for the AggregateProxy stuff.

Chris' as() code and Aslak's getProxy() vode from nano is now in DefaultAggregateProxyFactory. Might be worth to have a look at when writing about lifecycle.
