[PICO-98] DefaultComponentMulticasterPicoAdapter ivokes methods on parents' unmanaged components even when callUnmanagedComponents is off [patch]

Details

This happens because parent's unamanged components are returned from
getComponentInstances(), but not from getUnmanagedInstances().

I'm not sure if this patch will be still relevant after ongoing refactornigs...
